Dear graduating students, families of graduating students; teachers of the college; and invited guests;

First of all, I would like to congratulate the students for earning this honor and graduating after much hard work and effort. Parents, thank you for the support you have given your children to earn this; and congratulations on completing their education and graduating with your support.
