(October 28/2018) At the invitation of the Government of Finland, a high-level delegation led by the Minister is on a study visit to Finland.

The Minister of Education, State Minister Professor Kindeya Gebrehiwet, and the Head of the Gambella Regional State Education Bureau, Ato Eken Ukelo, are participating in this visit.

During their stay, the delegation will hold discussions with the Finnish Minister of Education and Culture, the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Center for Education, as well as the University of Helsinki and heads of various educational institutions.

During this study and exchange visit, it is expected that they will discuss issues related to the cooperation and financial support that should be strengthened between educational institutions in Ethiopia and Finland.
