(August 12/2017) The Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Development Sector leaders received and spoke with a delegation led by China’s Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Shanxi Province, Huang Yong.

At the same time, China is committed to strengthening its contribution to human resource development in Ethiopia, said Huang Yong, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Shanxi Province, Huang Yong.

The delegation led by the Deputy Director held discussions with officials from the Ministry of Education, and both sides expressed their interest in enhancing human resource development cooperation between the two countries in the field of human resource development.

Discussions were held on possible cooperation in the field of student and teacher exchanges, expanding and supporting educational infrastructure, and facilitating free education and training opportunities in the future.

He also stated that further discussions will be held during the upcoming working visit of the Governor of Shanxi Province to Ethiopia.
